alright got everything i need to fix this problem, anything i should know before i start disassembling this thing? lol

Did it fix it?

I replaced em on my 95 Blazer before. The spider assembly went bad and dumped a 1/4 tank into the motor and hydrolocked it..... Wasnt cool.

I replaced em on my 95 Blazer before. The spider assembly went bad and dumped a 1/4 tank into the motor and hydrolocked it..... Wasnt cool.

yeah it did fix it thanks for reminding me to do a follow up i also did a complete tune up and replaced alot of sensors that were factory and looked really ****** haha and she is running bettter than ever, ive already took the cats off now im gonna put headers on it and true duals with some Flowmaster Super 44s and prolly get an programmer for it later anyway thanks for the help guys and it runs like a champ now it'll break the tires loose everytime you floor it from a dead still

Your giving up some torque with FlowDisasters....straight through is the way to go...and you dont get that sound that sounds like a kid stomping his feet in a big pedestrian tunnel.

True duals are a waste of money... You'll make better torque with a good 3" single split dual setup.

And as for the programer... Again a waste of money. Have it custom tuned. Blackbear, wait4me, etc, will tailor the time to your truck, not some "close enough"crap time from a programmer.

Id go with some magnaflows. Maybe a 1 in 2 out. And I agree on the custom tune.. Nothin better than somethin thats for your exact application.

I will recommend an x-pipe on duals and at least 2.5".

But I must say, My cousin put dual 2" on his 98 Burb, and that SOB pulled really nice...even in OD. He would pass on the freeway, just barely pushing the pedal.
And, it was stealthy quiet, even with 18" Magnaflows...18MPG all the time.
Totally agree with GreasDog on the single 3" single to dual split. Thats what I ran with my TPI. It was split into dual 2" tailpipes.

So what goes into the single 3in? 2 in pipes off the manifolds or collectors to 3in muffler, then split coming out to two 2 in again? So do you use a 3in inlet with dual outlets? Esplain it !!!
