Hi, I have a 1976 c10 Scottsdale I've been driving for about 2 years with no issue. However the past few months it will intermittently cut in and out when revved up. It isn't like normal sputtering, imagine someone who has the accelerator down, and releases it, and puts it down again the the span of about 1 second. And imagine this person doing it 9 or ten times. Its very consistent, going on-off-on-off-on-off-on. then it will quit, and be normal for a few minutes.
If it means anything, it doesn't usually happen on the drive to work, but almost always on the drive back. My best guess is that it is sucking air from somewhere, but when it starts acting up its like clockwork, on-off-on-off-on for about a half second each way. I've replaced the fuel pump, and the fuel filter. My next guess is maybe the fuel line. Any advice is greatly appreciated
