I know but for 235 or 265 I would liked to know if I could go a little taller and a little wider with the stock four-wheel-drive high truck
You would be fine with these tires as long as your rim width and backspacing is stock (8-8.5" and 4.5").
A little taller and wider, depending how and where you drive, can work.
I keep going back to how the truck is used. Some guys idea of off roading is different than others!
As well I also remind that it depends where the cab is located on the frame. There is a little room for adjustment and if the cab
is all the way forward vs all the way back makes a difference.

My '86 k2500 has 265/75/16s and tires do not rub, even if twisted to the point my steering doesn't work. My cab is all the way
back on the mounts. If it was pushed forward I might get a little rub down when twisted.

Sorry I can't advise for sure how anything bigger would fit. Take note k2500 is a little taller than a 1500...

I'm leaning towards the 235's. I'll try and get pics once they'e on

So I got tired finally. Apparently they were out of 265/75 and so they decided to throw 285/75 on there. I don't think they rub

Well you can make anything rub if you twist it enough... can you toss us a pic?

If those are anything like their heavy duty trailer tires, they should hold up great. Priced well too?

Uhm after taxes looks like they were $1140 mounted and balanced taxes in. I got them from a local garage so if I paid a bit more so be it. They were pretty good to deal with.
I've only put about 100km on so far but they seem to be pretty quiet for what they are.
I'll keep updating how they wear(seems I'm dd'ing the truck now)

Just an update
Tire are pretty decent so far, no separation or anything wild
Pretty decent snow traction and even ice
Not much road noise and haven't hit or been rubbing with that size tire
