I have a question. Are the 2 piece drivelines keyed? Like do they only clock one way into the yoke at the carrier bearing?

If memory serves, I think that there is a master spline.

Ok, I'm curious now. Why were you asking?

I might have a phasing issue. I'm getting a driveline vibration. But need to replace carrier bearing first.

Some are keyed, most are not. The slip yoke will be missing one spline, but the front drive shaft spline will not have the one wide spline, so it can be assembled wrong.

Even if it only goes on one way (which I believe that's true), it's possible that the shaft could be 180* out of phase if the center u-joint was changed and the shaft not put back the same.
