1991 suburbun transmission any one know what came in them

I found this on craig's listand all that have for trans info is that info tag and a number in the case add is 91 suburban 454 and transmission make offer still in truck . I offered $ 500 would like to know if it is a th400 700r4 /4l60 or a 4l80 trans http://ocala.craigslist.org/pts/5334847152.html

that is what I am thinking I just don't know for sure hope some one on here can tell me for sure befor I bye it and pull all the harness and it not be a 4l80e

Get a picture of the transmission it self. 91 3/4 suburbans came from factory with 4l80e. Th400 could be swapped over. 73-90 models had th400. That is the reason why i had picked up a 91 V2500

just found out it is a 2500 so it has the 4l80e right?????

91 2500 will have the 4l80e. Very that it was 91 and not 90 or 92 to be sure. A picture of the actual transmission, especially the pan will make it even more obvious
