Finally found a project car. 1990 V2500 Suburban 4x4 base model. Truck was originally from British Columbia, so it is pretty rust free.

I like it. What are you plans for it?

A few small fixes to get to pass a safety inspection. Then turn it into a overland / expedition rig. Small lift, new bumpers etc. Plus engine work, either a 383 stroker or perhaps a ls swap (6.0L). Will depend on how much time I have.

Nice, these suburbans make awesome overlanders. If you havent already check out the expedition portal forum and youll see some nice build threads. Theyve made LS swaps so easy on these that I would go with that over a stroker build.
