Is there a DRAC on a 1990, either under the dash by the radio, or is integrated with the dash cluster, thanks in advance.

It's behind the radio. Take out the radio and it's right there. OR you may be able to get to it from under the dash if you're bendy with medium to small hands like @animal

that's it. you can get it out if you remove the horizontal duct pretty easily. if you know where it is you can leave the duct in place and use a little persuasion to slide it between the bottom of the dash and the duct.
