Welcome! As the others have said, nice looking truck!!!!!

Is that a show/cruise you are at in the last picture? Make that baby shine even better, get yourself some "Wizards Mist-N-Shine" on that paint! THEN....get a hand scrub brush and some "Bleche white" on those tires to make those white letters pop and it cleans up the black!!

THEN....get some "Griots Garage" tire shine, get the "Satin" finish....and spray some on those tires. You will be amazed how just those couple things will make a big difference! (I use all this stuff on my 02 Burban 2500).

Nice truck!

Sweet ‘87 ! I think $3000 was a good buy. A little detailing and a set of correct wheels would make it look like a new truck!

You need to find some new friends! J/k ...sorta

What led you to the conclusion that the starter wiring is what’s causing it to die while driving down the road?

Well I talked to the guy I bought the truck from and he said he had to re-wire the starter before so to check there and sure enough I could see the wires spark inside the crimped connecter I could tell that that power is ran to the starter then from there out to the rest of the trucks
