Thanks for the help guys. Went out and switched my NAPA battery cause I practically killed it trying to get this thing running. Got all the vacuum hoses hooked up and ICM replaced. There was no frame to engine ground so went ahead and did that. Still no start but I decided buy the pickup coil online and it’ll be in once I come back from work Thursday. If it still doesn’t start, I’m going to take it to my buddies or an auto shop and figure it out from there.
