1986 K10 wheel 4x4 decals/inserts

Would anyone know where you can get the front wheel 4x 4 inserts ? I have one NOS insert, part number
14068909. the "4s" on this insert are red and orange. The original ones on my truck are (or were) yellow.
I know that the rear ones are offered in yellow but how can I get a matching set ? LMC just offers the rear ones.
Any ideas ?

The front ones are open because of the locking/auto/fixed hub. The rear ones are closed with the sticker on it.

Auto locking hubs had a 4X4 logo on them.

Usually the aftermarket ones are for the rallye wheel caps and are too big for the auto hubs. Sorry I don't have a better answer for the O.P.

I trimmed the outer ring from a pair of rear decals and they fit great on the front hubs.

Thank you. I did think of that. I wonder why the replacement ones, the 14068909
part number, are made in a different color ?
