Nice. I still think C20's have the best stance of all the stock level trucks. Just seems more of a truck stance IMO.

Can't be to hard to fix just needing a 350 put in it. Find a used one somewhere from someone doing an LS Swap.

That interior looks to be in farily good shape too. Offer that guy $1500 and take it home.

Made a deal with the owner, and picked it up this past Sunday. I'm going to convert it to a Stepside, so need a longbed. I can either buy yours outright or swap this Fleetside (toolbox included) for yours.

I’m not sure who you’re asking, but that’s awesome! Glad someone was able to get a good deal Would you like to sell that rear bumper and tailgate?

Never say never. My brother just moved to Clarksville, TN, so I'm sure we'll be visiting them sometime. We will be coming through W. Memphis on the way.

The tailgate has a pretty good ding in the top left edge. I'll keep you in mind while I'm trying to convert it to a stepside.

The bumper has a large 'V' cut out on the bottom edge, probably to allow a WD hitch head to slide into the hitch platform. Looks good in the photo, not so much up close.

Well. Hey, before you head this way sometime, maybe we can make a deal! From all the pictures the guy showed me, it looked like it was a heck of a deal. My family loves in Bonham tx, and I may head that way soon. Lol maybe we’ll meet up that way

@oldretiredafguy What if you bought a short stepside and lengthened it? Just thinking outside the box here, and it may not be structurally sound being lengthened.

Been through Bonham many times on my way East when I don't want to travel on the Interstates. There is a great BBQ place on 121 just South of US82, on the West side. Have your family take you there; well worth the time and money

It may come down to that. Obvious difference are the bedside lengths, and the step. The cross members are easy, and I plan on doing my own milling of the floor lumber. We've got a local sawmill, and rather than using the stock Southern yellow pine, or oak that everyone uses for show, I was thinking of cedar. God knows we've got enough of it in N. Texas. It's got some pretty grain, and is almost as water resistant as teak or redwood. It should last my lifetime, plus my grandson's, and he's only 15 mos now.

I don't think I've ever seen a cedar wood truck bed, I like that.

That’ll look gorgeous
