No ‘77 thru 80 have a square top corner and a rounded Lower corner and a solid horizontal center bar.
yours is an ‘81 - ‘82

Okay cool thanks! Must've been a spare one for the '81, because we never had a tube grille in it. I'm sure it has a part # on it, just gotta get it off the wall first.

Looks like a hard to find 1983/84 GMC grill to me. Someone on here was looking for one of those too. That member had an aftermarket 1985/88 grill installed on his Silver 1984? truck. He just sold it too....

I'll see if I can get it down soon... it's up on the wall, 10-11 feet in the air, gotta get a ladder over there and move stuff to get the ladder in.

Looks like a hard to find 1983/84 GMC grill to me. Someone on here was looking for one of those too. That member had an aftermarket 1985/88 grill installed on his Silver 1984 truck? He just sold it too....

Once I get it down, should have a part number on it. We had an '84 but it was a Chevy. Dad prolly got a deal on it and kept it, put it on the wall so it'd be safe.
Then I can see which one it is, and we'll go from there. I want to list it here cause I'm sure someone here can use it....

You are correct. I just looked into a 1983 GMC truck broucher. The 1983/84 look similar, but only have 6 grill "quadrants", compared to this one (in question) with 10.
