1981 Tailgate Band Holes location

I bought a tailgate band for my 1981 silverado and was wondering if someone who had one on their truck would send me the measurements to the bolt hole locations

I’ve discovered that the aftermarket tailgate bands are made by a few different manufacturers, and the location of the threaded clips aren’t always exactly the same. I would take careful measurements from your band and transfer them to the tailgate.
It’s what I did when I added a band to a truck where there weren’t existing holes. Good luck with your project
