Two Issues going on:
1. The Key Spins without any tension. - No Power / Start
2. I can move the gear shifter from park without the key.

The steering wheel does lock with key removed.

I just replaced the Ignition Drum and that didn't fix anything.

I can see with the steering wheel off that the Ignition selection arm is moving. Obviously from the Key to towards me. What it does below the key is Why I am here.

What mechanism locks the Gear Selector?

Any way to Bypass or manually engage the Ignition switch to get it in the garage?
