All I can say is OMG....
I mean, it's a cool build that someone did, but that thing is priced about 400% more than anyone should ever pay.
If it was 4wd I could see it being a bit more desirable, but all the aftermarket and/or non period correct body crap and interior makes it much worse than it could be.
5.7 LS?

The ad says it was recently "restored", so I figured 3,213 miles since the "restore".

I loved that they claim the short wheelbase from the regular cab and stepside makes pulling a long trailer easier... what the muther f***ing hell?

Wrong steering wheel, those side mirrors didn't start until 79 or 80, power windows didn't start until 77...
I could go on.
Not sure how you restore without touching the bottom of the truck.

I would say it's a home/backyard build but wouldn't want to insult those of us that build out of our garages.
It's a different situation when you convey that you're a backyard builder! It's only an insult to the ones who don't do good work or tries to pull this kind of crap on people lol.

It's not too far from me and it definitely looks like a western PA truck underneath. I don't have the time to waste going to look at it, but I'd love to see what that thing actually looks like in person. I can only imagine.

I'm mostly wondering if they honestly believe that GM built a shortbed stepside dually in '73. I also don't believe that the camper special was available on a shortbed of any kind. Certainly not 10k either.
