1969 427 into 77 C20

Looking at a 69 427 out of a Vette motor is disassembled but complete.
Yes I would changing the cam to a bottom end cam for towing.
Any suggestions?
It a camper special current specs 350 T400 4.11 gears with AC.
Looking for towing power.
It a trade so no cost to me.
Any advice on the swap.
Want to use cast iron exhaust not headers.
Info need on Motor mounts and anything else.
I have done complete engine transplants in Jeeps so this should be much easier.

Go for it! It will drop right in. Use small block motor mounts to match the holes on the truck frame. You will need some big block brackets.

^^^^ He means accessories brackets. Alternator bracket,a/c brackets etc. The engine falls right in on your factory small block mounts and clamshells. But you should just trade me the big block for a 5.7 you probably won't like the big block.
