Junk is Junk, no matter the name brand. Carter makes a great carb, but ThermoQuad isn't one of them. I'm fairly certain Holley made most of the Autolite carbs too. Not positive. Thermojunk only came on OEM Dodge 360's in the 80's if I recall. I don't know of anyone else who used them as an OEM. WTH are you doing working on Dodges???

carter quads were on 409 chevy engines honky they usually had a dual quad set up on the SS package the engine the base model came with a quad and later on the rochester but hey back then the rochester was made by carter. NOT JUST DODGE

I won't bet the family farm on it, but I am farily certain that would have been Carter AFBs not Carter ThermoQuads.

Fidna resurrect this one. Starting from scratch cause I sold everything cept the truck. Decided to just put it back together a piece at a time. Not gonna worry about rust on the frame, no gonna worry about power steering, just stick her back together and make her run. Then have the body guy replace the rust with new panels. Just would be nice to make get her on the road.

Pulled it out of the mud, pressured washed It again, pulled the bed and cab off and rolled the frame in the garage for wire wheeling.
