14 bolt spline count

Im getting a detroit locker in a week and need to know how to tell if its the 30 spline or 35 spline. Its in a 84 k30.

Im prety sure its 30 just wanted to check to make sure i dont order the wrong one. I know 33 spline is 14 sf but the 35 spline option they had made me wonder about it.

The only way to be absolutely sure is to pull a shaft and count. Are you certain the axle is original to the truck and has never been swapped out? I think I've seen a break down of all the different 14 bolt options and what they came in, but I can't recall where I saw it.

they are indeed 30spline

Got it now just need some new gears and a master install kit and shes going in

nice! and rear disks? what calipers are you using I just order the Cadillac calipers ill let you know how they work

I just ordered the fronts off a 3/4 ton. Ill get one of those big black wheel chalks for now till i figure something out ....line lock... pinion brake...if those cadi eldo calipers work id be interested in em
