I've been trying to figure out if it's worth trying to find a seal that will work for a 10 bolt yoke and a 12 bolt housing or if I should just swap the 12 bolt out for the 10 bolt. Really trying to keep the 10 bolt yoke so I can retain the same driveshaft.

You can just get a conversion u-joint? If you're saying you have a 12 bolt axle and a 10 bolt yoke? The 10 bolt is a 3r u joint, I can't remember the 12 bolt, I think 1310.

I have a 12 bolt on a 10 bolt driveshaft. I have a spicer conversion U joint. I can get the part numbers in a couple days. But any competent driveshaft shop should know.

I've gotten conversion u-joints from chevy to ford at Napa. A GOOD autoparts store will get out the book and find it.
