What kind of grinding, drilling, slotting are we talking about? I'm pretty new to fabricating with limited tools. Am I gonna need to take it to a shop for a lot of custom work? Or do the holes just need to be bored out a little, with some minor cutting?

Just some cutting/slotting basically. I didn't even do that, I used some engine cradle mounts for a Chevy Celebrity that I had in the garage. They offered me more adjustability and the height was right.

Well, I went and got them just last Monday. Now I just need to sell the old cab and add some metal to the back of the frame, then go from there.
