I struck out on my first try at the u-pull. There was a wrecked 2wd Yukon that had just been sent there a few days earlier, but someone beat me to it. I'm now on a daily Marketplace check and will try the u-pull yards again next weekend.- dustinova

I found a few potential options at local u-pull yards that I'm going to go check out tomorrow. I never considered attempting to rebuild one myself, but if it's only a few specialized tools and time, I might be able to handle that.- dustinova
