As closure, in the end I went for a Spectra CU730 from Rockauto. Fitted perfectly and works great. It is a plastic radiator (like most modern ones) so I dont expect a massive life expectancy - I am planning to go all aluminium and electirc fans when I up the power in the coming years. Hi folks, I need a new radiator, my current one has sprung a leak. Theres so much choice on RoackAuto I want to make sure I order the right one. I have an 86 C20 454 with the extra engine and trans coolers and aircon. Would anyone have a part number for the right model. Thanks!- kapitein

86 Suburban 2nd row shouldber belts

Thanks for the input. Boneyards aren't a possibility unfortunately as im in Europe. I will start mailing the belt companies, hopefully they have a solution. Interesting to know that earlier MYs were also equipped with shoulder belts optionally.... I really thought it was 87+. -

Pinstriping is being taken care of, and I have my licence plates :) I've also ordered a wooden/polished steering wheel, and next week I'm looking at new wheels. I'm leaning toward either American Racing Baja or Outlaw II. Both look great.- kapitein

It took a while, but they finally came in. $1200 right there, so I sure hope they are worth it! I also bought the reverse polarity plugs (just in case) and the dual high/lo loom, so that I can use all 4 lights all the time. I hope to fit them next week. Will update! -
European 86 C20 454
Last week the C20 was successfully imported in to the country, so now im just waiting for the licence plates. No technical problems observed during the inspection. This was the first time ive seen/heard the car running. It sounds brutal.... im wodering if its already got a cam, sure sounds...- kapitein
