    Flywheel tooth count

    Is it a new starter? Sounds like it may be on the way out if nothing happens. Inspect the wires to the starter. Make sure the starter has proper clearance to the flywheel. Mine would do the same. There needs to be just enough room that an 1/8" drill bit can fit between the teeth of the flywheel...

    Bad Proportioning Valve?

    When you removed the lines from prop valve, did you leave the cap on the reservoir to the MC? I was thinking of doing exact thing you described as I still have not gotten it to slide over, but I do not want my lines or MC to run dry and then result in needing to bench bleed the MC. Thanks

    Do you think if I were to push the brake fluid in the line from the rear it would repressurize and slide over that way? Similar to vacuum pump but other direction(flow towards MC).
