    Radiator cap.

I'm in need of new radiator cap for 1969 c10. I have a 350 small block with AC/heat. The cap that came with the aluminum alloyMetalworks radiator was 1.3 bar or roughly 18-19psi. I've experienced no puking of the system and I don't have an overflow just yet. But being in Arizona things are hot...

After market seatbelts are expensive... looking for other ideas

I need front seat belts for my '78 blazer and they are crazy expensive. Lmc has the best price at just under $300 for 2. I don't even aware them unless I see a cop I pull it over my chest. Not safe I know but, it's insane the prices they want. I was looking for seat belts for my '69 c10. this...

What have you done to your square lately??

Massive undertaking: Replaced the rear axle vent tube and put a new clamp on. Exhausting but, it's finally done.

    Cab Rust Woes

Depends of the goal and purpose of the vehicle... for a full frame off restoration it's not a good thing. But for a cruiser around town that runs and drives I wouldn't worry about it.

    Rough country trash?

The bump stops I got from ord. But they are standard energy suspension as far as I can tell. The install of the sway bar along with engaging and disengaging have produced no issues thusfar. https://www.offroaddesign.com/competition-bumpstop-post-mount-4-5-pair.html

TH350 dipstick tube and dipstick for a TH400???

I forgot to mention you can find off-brand Lokar types on amazon and elsewhere. I did use their th350 dip sticks. On my c10 I also used their cable throttle hook up to my carb to replace the fixed bar type and their accompanying gas pedal for that setup.

TH350 dipstick tube and dipstick for a TH400???

It's nice but I will say another slight downside to Lokar is, it is tad overpriced and or expensive. But it looks nice and it works, especially in situations you are finding yourself and I found myself in. Lokar was the answer for me. For my blazer and '69 c10.

TH350 dipstick tube and dipstick for a TH400???

I just went with the Lokar one, while the convenience of it not being rigid formed is nice. Has a couple draw backs, you need to use their full tube adapter (which is small and can get lost) and it can also get hot when pulling dipstick checking fluid levels after driving. But it seals nice...

    Front driveshaft clunk

I have this issue. I want to get my 203 back to stock placement. But my exhaust runs right were I need the crossmember to get flush with the frame. I guess I could dent the exhaust pipe but. This sucks because I've done the exhaust twice and explicitly told them to get the pipe inside the frame...

turn signal only on one side

Yeah that's fair. I bet they think "why is this idiot not using his turn signal in that damn old truck ? He has his arm outside, use it to turn on the signal" probably. Yeah. If they hit my Blazer, they will lose, for the most part.

    Anti theft devices

The one linked that doesn't specify gasoline, I read through the comments and many have used it for gas with great success. Yes, you'll need a toggle switch for it as well.

    OEM Starter options?

Most mini torque starters come with angled and straight bolt holes for the mounting. And can be rotated to move solenoid away from headers or other such things

    Anti theft devices

Yes, I got mine before they went nuts as well. Even if I get what I have it insured for. I'd be losing money if I had to start over. I mean I can squeeze my K5 in the garage if I had to but it would be a pain to drive the trucks. I got "classic" insurance to avoid emission testing as a previous...

Hmm, can you link what you're talking about that will work with these trucks? All I'm seeing the manual shutoff type.

    Anti theft devices

Correct. I have mine insured for a few thousands over what i think market value would be with Hagerty. Hopefully, I never have to see how Hagerty operates with theft. Their minimum is driveway parked with garage being the ideal. I have one in the garage but my K5 is a bit too big fit. I...
