    Make sure your speedo cable isn’t binding, lube it. I’ve been able to pull the center out of some and smear grease on it and reinstall, make sure it turns easily.     We had a good time Friday. Too much to even attempt to see in just one day. Spent most of it in Ocean Springs. Left OS close to dark and went to BSL. Did run into some people we know in Biloxi. They had their General Lee, Roscoe’s police car, Boss Hogg’s convertible, and Daisy’s Jeep with them.

    Transfer case identification

    Looks to be an 1983 manufactured 208 C by the tag, which if your truck is an 81-87 1/2 or 3/4 ton should be the right case. Only differences would be large or small input shaft, depending on transmission.
