    Tire Size

Welcome to the board! All depends on your current gearing unless you're just talking about what the stock rear axle can handle no matter the gears.

    Basic valve cover questions

Was more of an idea to determine if it's worth it to route ducting for cooler air, or just keep it simple and pull in the engine bay temps. Especially for @Obwonkonobe being out in the middle of the desert with summer coming up. May not be a huge difference between the air temp and the engine...

    Inaccurate fuel level reading

Does it only read between Empty and 1/4 full? If so, i'd take a look at the gauge. If I remember correctly, it will max out if it has an open circuit.

    Basic valve cover questions

The outside air is gonna be hot, but i'd be willing to bet its cooler outside the engine bay than inside it. Maybe toss a quick thermometer inside the engine bay and drive around, pop the hood and check what it reads. See if it's hotter outside versus inside the bay.

6" Skyjacker Lift with 35" tires? Fitment Good?

33's on a 4" should fit just fine. Try to keep the backspacing around stock 4-4.5" otherwise you may rub fender a little bit depending on how far out they're pushed. I don't know of the Zone or BDS lifts. I went with the 4" EZ ride springs in front since they had the lowest spring rate I could...

    5/8 Wheel studs

Depends on the type of spacer. If it was anything less than nearly press fit, I wouldn't wanna run it. Too much wiggle room that may wear out your new rims. Also gonna wanna have a flange end bushing so it won't slip out and shift at any time. Why not just drill out your axle and replace to...

6" Skyjacker Lift with 35" tires? Fitment Good?

32's fit on my truck without any issue at stock height. Slight little trimming on the back of the fenders, but never rubbed when twisted up.

4" rough country all spring lift

It could be due to a worn u joint, but most likely its due to the angle being changed now which creates the vibration. Check the angles between the driveshaft and pinion. Typically want the pinion in line with the driveshaft or parallel to the transmission/transfer case output. The transfer...

6" Skyjacker Lift with 35" tires? Fitment Good?

Yup. So many different styles and varying difficulties. I personally prefer trails up in the forest and mountains. Mainly because that'a what's closest, but the scenery is always enjoyable. So thats a mix of fire roads, rutted trails, and a bit of some twisties. She's not gonna be a rock...

6" Skyjacker Lift with 35" tires? Fitment Good?

I was under the impression that it was 33's: 2" street, 4" offroad. 35's: 4" street, 6" offroad. Or is it more like 5"/7"? Running about 5-6" on my truck with a 2" body on top now. Pretty sure I won't be rubbing much of anywhere. Also, OP you'll wanna get a steering box brace kit since our...

New c10 owner needs help w/ dash lights.

Good to see you got it fixed. Was thinking it had to be a headlight switch or a bad ground in the dash, but if it was the ground then you wouldn't have any electrical gauges either.

6" Skyjacker Lift with 35" tires? Fitment Good?

35's will easily fit on a 6" lift. You clearances will definitely be determined based on your offset/backspacing of the wheels. Stock backspacing is right around 4-4.5" if I remember correctly. Smaller backspacing and you'll push the wheels out and make the front and rear of the wheel well...

    Best fitting headers?

Ceramic to keep the heat in, stainless to prevent them from rusting is the way I see it.

    Best fitting headers?

For spark plugs I usually stand on the rim or tire. Used to be able to sit in the engine bay and swap em out when I was younger. A flexible head 3/8" drive socket wrench was perfect for the rear plug on the passenger's. 1/2" drive regular socket wrench worked just fine everywhere else.

    K10 NEED LONGER WHEEL STUDS.

Mind sharing the specs of your wheels that made you need longer wheel studs? I'm still running the older 7/16"-20 style wheel lugs that were factory for my truck. I ordered the wheel studs from Rock Auto.

What have you done to your square lately??

Copied from my build thread, but figured y'all might like a nice little read here: Goal.......... Accomplished! Engine is in the frame and actually bolted down. None of this, still held by the cherry picker while sitting somewhat between the frame rails nonsense! Time clock: 11am. First...

Code Readers, OBDl OBDll and CAN Bus

Yup. takes a little tweaking to set it up exactly how you like it, but definitely helped out when my dad's 03 Yukon had a check engine code for the O2 Sensor. So much easier to just plug it in and start it versus taking it to a shop to have them read it only to turn around and not have the right...
