    700r4 Wiring Help.

    I'm wiring up the SHIFT Superior Solutions K058 vacuum switch. I only have 1 wire that goes to the solenoid in the trans. Is it supposed to be wired NO or NC? I've read from two different sites that the vacuum is from ported or manifold, which should it be?

    New radiator, upper and lower hoses, stainless steel hose clamps and fan clutch installed today.

    When it rains it pours. Found a leak at the radiator and heard a clunking sound. The fan clutch started wobbling after it warmed up and the fan was hitting the bottom fan shroud. I pulled the radiator and found where the PO used silicone to patch some holes. New radiator and fan clutch ordered.

    Anyone know of a fix for a broken rear view mirror? I went to adjust it and it came apart. Would like to keep it because it has the dual map lights. I'm using one from a C10 for now, it's the same width as the S10 mirror.

    New spark plugs, running better, drivers door hinges fixed, door now shuts like it should, a few more things to fix like replacing parking brake release handle, wiper switch, and fix the drivers window. Getting there. Working between the 85 C10 and the 92 S10.

    Running better every time I crank and let it run. So far a new fuel tank, fuel pump and sending unit, water pump and getting ready to put spark plugs in it. Bought new door hing pins for the drivers side.

    I might just leave it as it is or do another TV cable setup to see if it changes. This trans was rebuilt with the Red Eagle disc and steels. The truck now has 15 miles on the build.

    I adjusted my TV cable and after test driving I noticed the shift point for 1-2 is around 10-15mph, 2-3 is around 25-30 mph, 3-4 is around 45-50,and this is driving with a light acceleration.
