    What is needed to drop a 4L60E in behind a later TBI style 5.7? This is the transmission I have Currently thinking just the trans spacer but cannot find the right flex plate. I have the TCI controller already.

    I haven't even considered the pin stripe setup. I was thinking white stripe from the body line to the middle of the front marker and back where the trim usually covers.

    I am getting close to throwing paint at my project as I am working the 400 grit sand currently on high build. I want to do blue with a white stripe and looking around it appears the 70's kind of followed the body line but the 80's seem to be higher. Is there a paint layout guide out there...

    Factory A/C Conversion for '86

    I’ve got an 86 coming up on year 2 of running. I bought it in pieces vs the kit. We set it up to use an R4 and have had zero issues or complaints. My current build is getting the same treatment.

    Does dash pad go under windshield weatherstripping?

    Is that a replacement dash pad? I picked up a grey one from somewhere that fit terrible like that with humps all over the place.

    Yes, I live outside of Fort Worth so its a trip over. To make it even less of a hassle I have a couple of projects going on just down the road from the store. They have a sweet unit on display today.

    So an update on this. Went over to summit and picked up an AMD front/floor/wheel wells. It took 3 guys roughly 30 minutes to assemble this setup using all AMD parts. The earlier model front panel also had the second hole at the top.

    Went ahead and shot the first coat on the inside since only the lower dash needed sanding. I guess I can judge from that on Tan or Maroon but pretty sure its going to be tan.

    3 inch rake after tuff country 4 inch lift.

    Did you leave the bolts somewhat loose until you put it on the ground? My guess is something is up with the rearmost hangers because I have ran accross a few that have been in place so long that they wouldn't budge even if you pulled the bolts. I replace them every time I mess with a lift.
