Looking for Mickey Thompson rims
Mine came with the suburban when I got it. Only had them 4 months but they really have held up great so far, I'll let you know how they hold up after the winter. These are my one of my favorite wheel styles.- BunzCarz

1st gen Cummins missing bolt
I recently acquired a 1986 Suburban with a 5.9 12v conversion. Looking around the engine I found a missing bolt on the bracket that holds the accelerator linkage and the oil dipstick. Does anyone know what size bolt I need for this?- BunzCarz

Aftermarket hood does not open
I got the hood open, then I adjusted the latch. I also lubricated the latch and all the hood hinges. I didn't realize that when you pull the hood release handle the latch only moves part way and when you release the handle the latch opens fully. I think the latch was binding on the second action...- BunzCarz

How much underside rust is too much?
The guy that is selling it removed the rear quarter glass and welded in sheet metal. It is a Scottsdale and looks like a utility trim (manual windows, locks, and not much trim on the interior) Which is what I like, simple easy to fix. I am new to this group and new to square body Suburbans. I'm looking at getting an 89 Suburban that needs a lot of work on the interior. It has a rebuilt 454 and a manual conversion.
