    Brake issue

    Or u could have clogged brake lines,,,,,the rubber extensions on the front sometimes go bad,,,,they look good but on the inside they collapse,,,,,Id make sure u have the correct master cylinder first,,,,,I think thy made the connectors diff sizes so you dont put them on backwards,,,,,

    Clunk in driveline???

    Theres a shift kit in the tranny, th400, and it clangs going in to reverse hard everytime,,,but that clunk in the driveline worries me,,,my stepson had a blazer with a 10 bolt rear and that thing exploded on the freeway,,,shot metal out the rear cover,,looked like a large bullet hole coming out...

    Well heres the deal,,,,,I replaced the egr solenoid and put a stock coil on it,,,,right now its runnin like a clock,,,idles perfect,,,,I took it up and down hills,,,got on it hard,,,and I cant get it to spark knock anymore,,,,,, So I cant say for sure if it was the coil or the egr solenoid...

    I dont kno what type of suspension u have but my 89 burban has leaf springs in the front and its got those polyurethane bushings on the springs,,,,,they squeak and creak like hell all the time,,,,it gets annoying,,,,

    One smitty bar broke off wher it bolted to the spring mount,,,,I chucked it and only got one on one side,,,lol The barn door weatherstripping,,,,its a pain in the arse to pull off the old cuz its got plastic tabs holding it in and its glued. U just pull up as much old strip as you can and rip...

    My father had his own delivery business for about 16 years,,,,he had a 1974 C65 chevy bobtail truck with a 366 in it. Ran that truck bout 16 hours a day 6 days a week. Truck had quite a few miles on it. Pretty good reliable engine for a gas engine,,,,,

    The rear door handle has a plastic knob u push to open the door,,,well the plastic part split in half and the spring and plunger shot straight out,,,it has since been replaced,,I also replaced all the weatherstrip around both doors (LMC truck) cuz it was leakin,,,,

    I ran it with the hose unplugged,,,,plugged the hose and it ran but it was worse,,,it was doin the same thing (idle ok then missing then idle ok then missing) but overall it was worse,,,bad throttle response,,, I ordered the egr vac solenoid,,,prob gonna come in tomorrow or monday,,,it cost...

    Ok I was able to suck air through both ends of what i think is the vacum control solenoid,,,,theres one hose goin from the egr valve (the diaphram thing bolted to the intake manifold),,,,to a black box mounted nxt to the map sensor,,,,then theres another hose going out of it to the throttle...

    I didnt set the idle or make any adjustments to the tbi when it was new,,,just bolted it on,,,,it has been running good for the past 4-5 months,,,,,the mechanic said when i was workin on the pwr window i prob left the key on to run the pwr window,,,he said it prob sent spark through the rotor...

    Before I parked it last night I went to the store and it died on me 3x at stops. It didnt want to idle at all. Started it up this morn and it ran smooth while cold. Drove it up some hills to heat it up. Once it gets hot the probs start. I switched the grn/wht injector plugs to drivers side...

    Its orig all blue with blue interior, ya its great when its running good but im startin to hate the tbi motor,,,,its also got around 4.80 gears,,,,im at 3000 rpm at 65 mph,,,,so ive been thinkin bout goin to a 4 spd tranny,,,,really need it on the hwy,,,,power is good though

    I chucked the orig tbi,,,the mechanic told me it needed a rebuild,,,,the holley did not come with a chip,,,,holley said it was a direct replacement part so it's smog legal,,,it came with a thick gasket that made it fit the mainfold even the holes are smaller than the new tbi,,,the trucks not...

    I purchased an 89 Suburban V2500 4x4 about 4 month ago. Its got about a 6 inch lift on 35" BFG,s 400 tranny. I love this truck but the 350 tbi motor is starting to drive me nuts. When I got it it was idle surging. Had a bad intake manifold gasket. I swapped out the manifold for an Edelbrock...
