    6 down, 10 more to go..... Punching out the inner sleeves was a PITA... Used a 1 1/8 socket for the small ends..... 1 1/4 for the rear... and a BFH!

    Dully noted. Guess it will be trial and error, but Ill start with 6 and flip the overload. Also looking into full-length teflon inserts.....???

    Dont plan on using all 8 leaves in the rear, probably 5 at most. They are going in with an ORD shackle flip and 1" zero-rates. My front is set, have 4" Ranchos and 1" Zero-rates up front. F/R will have 5" suspension then Ill add 1" ORD body lift.

    Looks good, Im just gonna go buy a new wheel and a dust mask. Plan on putting ORD greasable bushings in mine......then they will sit in the garage till after the Holidays.

    Your local Ferd dealer, ORD, eBay..... Call around though, pricing in Phoenix was $30-$17 per. Like $45 for the set from ORD.

    Learned of a potential issue pairing ORD reverse shackle kit with my Rancho 2.5" springs..... ...easily fixed by swapping in 56" springs...that I just happen to find localy on CL for $25 Also secured a set of ORD zero-rate blocks from a member here in case of need when these...

    14 Bolt has 14 bolts holding the diff cover on. If a 3/4T it should be.
