    check for a grounded/melted wire, since this didn't happen until it got to operating temp (hot). You may have a wire too close to the engine or exhaust, and a wire resting against it may have melted.

    just go to the junk yard cut one out larger than the hole you cut in your truck, trim as needed, mark holes for bolts, seal with butyl tape, and bolt it down, piece of cake, structurally sound

    Just remember that is magnified if larger tires are used, factory specs are for factory size tires. The amount of tire wear on my old BFG's showed it to be too excessive, causing the wear on the outer tire edges.

    have you considered the possibility of non-resistor type spark plugs being used? They are still sold, and an untrained parts guy/gal may have sold them. If it's time for a tune up, replace those plugs with resistor type. Most electrical issues become a process of elimination. good luck

    just found out napa no longer supplied them, but here is a part number to take to O'reillys and they can cross over to their numbers 264-2064, or 264-2065, hope this helps

    Napa sells camber kit for Dana 44 and 10 bolts, they come in varying degrees of adjustment, part numbers are 264-2062, 2642061,2642064,2642065, ranging from .5 degrees to 1.5 degrees.     Napa sells tube of 3M seam sealer, just make sure you buy the interior version for use inside the truck or you'll suffer the horrid smell, which almost never goes away.
