I’ve seen 2” and 3”. Mine seem to be 2-5/8”. Is this odd? Can’t find a whole lot of information on them..- saig55

Fuel Tank Replacement
Here’s how it started.. running off the passenger side tank.. switch to left side, nothing. I’m thinking it’s empty. Grab a gas can and start to put gas in it. Leaking from the hose.. look under and no clamp on the hose at the top. Put hose clamp on and put fuel in.. no leak, great!! But gas...- saig55

The further I get into fixing stuff the more I find wrong… this truck is truly all show and no go!! I found a 4 pin connector unplugged and a jumper wire was just stuck inside the female side.. of course it fell out and I have no idea where he had it…- saig55

Not sure where to post this… I’m swapping carbs today and noticed this wire unplugged. My oil pressure gauge doesn’t work so I thought it might be to that. Not sure, so before I put the carb on where I still have a bit of room… Thought I would ask?.. Do you have to pull the distributor to...- saig55

6 lug rims?
I don’t know and that is why I’m asking… I searched but didn’t get an answer. Do all 73-87 K10 have 6 lug rims? I remember a long time ago seeing one with 5 lug but don’t remember the year. Thanks- saig55

Carb Swap?
Got it back and he said it had never been apart. Looked new on the inside.. Weekend project… Does anybody have a picture or something to show me how all the linkage hooks up.. I believe my transmission linkage is not hooked up right now- saig55

Rear Bumper 1986 K10
I don’t really care for the rounded bumpers.. looks good on a show truck but not a working truck like mine. I will look at the Westin… I’m sure they make several.. there is a 4 wheel parts place not to far from me so I can swing by there to look at them. I’m pretty sure they sell westin..- saig55

Carb Swap?
I have a 86 K10 with 305. The po put a Eldebrock with a manual choke on the engine. I have the original Quadrajet. Should I see about rebuilding this and using it? I don’t like all the vacuum lines being plugged and not having a choke. Your thoughts?- saig55
