Drivers side window is down and won't come back up. I have power to switch and test light does what it supposed to do when moving switch up and down. Looking for an instrument cluster, 1990-91 Sub. -
87 R10 truck dash harness needed!
I was at the pick-a-part today looking for an instrument cluster and they had a Sub but the cluster was gone. As I recall the wiring was still there. Not sure how much work it would be to remove as I've never tried for a dash harness. -
Time for some maintanance
Well, she's running again. I had to completely disassemble the opti-spark as oil had made it's way into the optical sensor area. I caught it in time, just cleaned all the parts and reassembled. No water pump leaks either! Still more to do but it can now be driven some while repairs continue.- f6john

What a pain in the ass, the LT1 water pump replacement always makes me think I have to replace drive seal and opti-spark seal. Now I find I'm missing some o rings I need for the opti drive. It's been about 10 years since I had to dig in this far and I forgot some of the small items you need to...- f6john

That was $350.00 for used! No more new ones from GM. Passenger side and rear panels are much cheaper. Prices for any SS specific parts are high for two reasons, not all that many made in the first place and a lot of Caprice clones out there shrinking the supply. The reason I was looking...- f6john

Short Notice
Holley LS Fest this weekend in Bowling Green Kentucky. A great weekend of drag racing, autocross, swap meet, car and truck show. Anything goes but it must have a LS series engine. I'll be there Saturday for sure. -

Some body spent some serious coin on that interior and the 6 speed conversion! I thought about the 6 speed but didn't ever have the extra money for it. Now I would love to do a 5 or 6 speed auto trans conversion with paddle shifters. That will probably never happen either. Too many toys too...- f6john
