    I want to nv4500 swap my lifted k20, what is the one that i want? Will any gm one work or do i need a 4x4 within a specific year range, i know they used them all the way up untill 2007.

    Ok I was looking at this style dished piston. https://www.jegs.com/i/United-Engine-Machine/648/IC9926.030/10002/-1 I dont have the budget for aluminum unfortunately, its either this or the stock 64cc heads that came with it and those are more of a dog for power and i have the same compression issue.

    Ok thank you kindly. With a .090 head gasket and a .025 deck clearance my compression ends up around 9.9:1 for a ratio, is that too much for 87 octane?

    Fitting a 76’ Grille in my 79’?

    I tried a similar thing with the grille swap, but it was a 79 grille into my 74 and i realized that even the core support is different and had extra mounting points! So thats out and need a 74 gmc grille. Figured i would put that our for you all in similar situations and spare you the trouble!
