    if the interior is maroon, what paint choice is the exterior

    Charcoal grey top and bottom with a black center. Run the chrome strip down the side and top it off with red pinstripe along the front and top of the black panel. Factory color scheme back in the day. I almost traded my grey and black 79 for a 83 or 84 back in the day. Key word is almost.

    I am thinking you got a load of fuel that was low in the tank at the gas station. I suggest you try changing out your fuel filter. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up inline? I bet you got a load of bad gas and you have some crap in the gas tank that plugs up the strainer. I could be...

    I meant to tell you this the other day. I would also fill the oil filter with oil before putting it on the engine. I do this every time I change oil.:) Old School. Taught to me by an old Ryder Truck diesel mechanic. He was a very good general mechanic as well as a diesel mechanic.
