    Good observation.

    Front drive shaft is hitting

How high is the lift? That looks like an extreme angle on the front shaft, and I would imagine the rear shaft is as well. Looks like you need to fabricate some spacer blocks to drop the cross member enough to get some clearance.

    Dead in the water.

Did you accidentally put the TC in neutral? Did you try to shift the TC into four wheel?

    Disc brake dilemma.

The 19.5's I'm getting were from a P30 Frito Lay step van. As you said, they were also used on motor homes, I would imagine with a GM chassis. They are pretty rare with the 8 on 6.5 lug pattern. If you want to go to a 20 inch dually rim, it would require a 10 bolt adapter and of course 10 bolt...

    Disc brake dilemma.

I thought the same thing and did some reserch before I bought the rims. They are available though. The offset is 5 inches so there are more size choices.

    Disc brake dilemma.

I just scored 6-19.5 dually rims for my truck with the 8 lug 6.5 pattern. I'm taking the 37's off because replacing them is just too expensive, and with the 6in lift it has it would look stupid with little wheelbarrow tires on it. discountdieseldepot has them available on eBay if anyone is...

    CUCV M1008 STARTING ISSUE

Search Rosscommon Equipment. They have a far more detailed procedure with illustrations and photos to get you through it than I can give you.

    CUCV M1008 STARTING ISSUE

Yes, there are two ways to convert to 12V. A one battery system and a two battery system. I would suggest the one battery system.

    CUCV M1008 STARTING ISSUE

I've had two of these trucks. It's more than likely the starter or as said above, bad cable connections.

    "Rebuilt" 700r4 issues

There is a throttle valve upgrade that prevents sticking. If the rebuilder didn't install it, along with a corvette govenour, they don't know very much about a 700R4,

    "Rebuilt" 700r4 issues

The cable slack at idle should be no more than a 1/32 of an inch. It should not be guitar string tight.

    L93 6l80 swap

There is also an NP205 rear support available from Trail Tech Fab. 860 3411883. The 205 is an awful lot of weight just hanging of the transmission. It's nearly twice the weight of an NP208.

    L93 6l80 swap

Don't get the old style figure 8 205. Get the new style with the round 6 bolt adapter. It may just bolt right up to your 6l80 depending on the length of the output shaft on your trans.

    L93 6l80 swap

I agree, go with the 205 case. You will need to put a shifter and linkage in your truck though. I was never a fan of push button transfer cases, nothing but problems with them.

    Disc brake dilemma.

I'm going to get new wheels once I find out if I have the proper clearance. I'll get a 16 inch wheel from the scrapper to mock it up and see what I got. This truck has huge brake drums on it. It almost looks like a dually axle with SRW hubs on it. Idk

SRW 14 bolt, but I haven't installed it yet. It's an East coast gear rear disc conversion kit.
