Just Dashes process sounds like they re-cover your dash using vinyl manufactured in the chosen color and not simply dyed/painted. Am I correct? Plan to ask them on Monday but I figure someone here knows. -

I checked with Jegs but they couldn’t ship until mid-December, which is also when Dashes Direct told me they would have my dash available again. I think I’ll wait to hear from DD and order it then. Hopefully the fit will be OK. -

Here is everything that I’m getting rid of. I have no idea what any of it’s worth. The tall JL Audio speaker measures 19” tall x 11” wide x 5” deep. The two smaller boxes are 8.5” tall x 12” wide x 7” deep at bottom, reducing to 5” at top. These all are surprisingly heavy and seem very well... -

Finished removing the last of the aftermarket stereo equipment and restored the kick panels to something at least closer to stock. When I got the Blazer it had what I’m sure is a nice high-end stereo system installed. There were 3 big, heavy speaker boxes in the back, speakers in the kick... -
big block starter replacement
I installed a starter on my 454 (early 70s LS5) with a Delco Delphi one for a 99 Suburban from Oreilly. Also used the slightly shorter mounting bolts. Starter P/N R613326B. Dorman P/N for bolts was 678-107. Everything bolted right up and works beautifully. Starter is a small permanent magnet...- WFarm

Re-dyed the Blazers spare tire cover pretty close to the original Sand color. Wife is making a BLAZER decal for it that should look nice. Looking for an original bracket to mount spare vertically behind rear bench seat. -

A bit more detailing under the hood and installed new plug wires on the Blazer. Replaced the plugs a week or so ago when I had the inner fenders out. -

@Craig Nedrow what booklet are you referring to for lift points? My factory service manuals show the lift points for my vehicles but just have to do what seems right for others. -

When your truck is on the lift and hurricane remnants knock out the power you're at the mercy of the power company as to when you lower it back down. -

Removed the inner fenders for cleanup and detailing. Also provides access to rust-prone areas. Didn’t find rust but applied some POR15 in spots. Also replaced spark plugs as they were super easy to get to with inner fenders off. Not real happy with the inner fender appearance even after sand... -
2 post shop lift
I believe that’s the one I bought in 2016. Use it all the time (Blazer is up on it now) and have never had any problems. -
