    I just did a 14 bolt full float axle swap with disc brake conversion on my 90 burb. My burb does not have a proportioning valve on the cross member like yours and the valve I ordered doesn't look anything like what I have directly under the master cyl.

    I have a 10 bolt in my suburban that has been worked very hard and hasn't broke yet but I know it will eventually, that's why I have been building a 14 bolt FF that will be going in within the next few months.

    I would get all the brackets for the newer serpentine system so your alternator and AC pump trade places, but then you will need new pump and AC lines.

    I'm guessing it has long tube headers on it? maybe get some mid length or short headers. same wall thickness as the cross member?
