Ideas for missing headliner
LKQ junkyards will ship. I'm not sure about overseas, but it would be worth a try. You can get all the moldings, hardware, and the headliner from them. Moldings can be cleaned and repainted if the wrong color, and the headliner material can easily be replaced from a fabric store. -

I've always thought of using a high beam switch as a start button. Yes, if you have the older squares you would need to update the steering column with the high beam and change the foot pedal to a momentary switch. You can create your own. It's a lot of back work if you don't have a lift, but very satisfying when you're done. Find some stock flanges and build back from there.- dvdswan

Color match for blue interior
Color selection is different from a specific color. I agree that having only one color for an interior is crappy business. But if they are calling the color blue and you're looking for a dark blue or light blue and it's a medium blue they're not going to match. Should they offer more color... -
33” tire rim width
As a general rule, optimum width for tire/wheel combinations is 4". i.e. 8" rim with a 12" tire, 10" rim with a 14" tire. That being said. I've seen an 8" rim with a 14" wide tire. The tire looks squeezed and taller.- dvdswan

Well, however you do this, it will be a snowball effect. Pulling something will identify a spot that needs attention then another then another.
