    Never heard of bench buddies? Is it a powder like bonami or Ajax? I've used bonami for cleaning Cylinder walls up from rust. Hasn't scratched yet lol

    How is the radiator cap? New? Slightly newer used condition? Not likely but there are 2 different water pumps depending on if it's serpentine or v-belt. Both look the same but flow differently

    doing some clearing, Removed 6 stumps today. Some were small. Mostly oak and 2 fir. Son learning how to use the mini X Think I should start a different thread for the rest of project? Or just leave it all here?

    @Catbox noticed your running the a/c pump bypass. I have a very similar engine without the pump or bypass pulley. I was able to get a shorter belt to fit perfectly. If interested I'll get a belt number fir you so you can eliminate a pulley.

    Similiar happened to me, I had correct # splines replacement shaft. Was replacing broken inner shaft and old one was hard getting out. Replacement shaft would start in but stop. Looking inside I could see it was cracked. Pretty sure it is a broken spider side gear.

    Should be able to push it out if it's an open front diff

    These squares IMHO ride better than new cars. New cars/trucks ride smoothly but still feel like a brick. Not a popular opinion but that's how i feel.     Found it. Removed and kinda cleaned rear switches and now they work good again? Weird

    Removed dome light I changed and it's still the same. On to the doors. door switches have black and purple.
