    Agreed, bucket. Unknown what was the line of thinking, here. Pics show frame to bumper brackets. Arms extending from bumper are square and bumper hasn't been hit. Perhaps this one is for another make? Perhaps brackets were misplaced and now the improvisation had begun... Thanks for looking...

    I have the deep drop bumper on my 78 Silverado, that the original owner had installed on the farm, but the 1/2in thick arms are just shy of the frame rails, spacing wise. These arms are thick and has the three mounting holes for the frame. The "engineers" made up the gap with additional 1/4in...
