    In-Bed Spare Tire Mount

They're $40 at LMC (in bed tire carrier), and I'm sure you can get them elsewhere. Not much to it, though, if you want to fab one.

    Pricey but nice.

No way in hell. I've seen some really well done full restores at dealers that start around that price and end up around half that.

What have you done to your square lately??

Not that it doesn't fire right up and drive great because it does. I just know I'm gonna break something and want a new crate or something. Heh.

What have you done to your square lately??

Man. I ordered new carpet, a new oem style seat cover, SEM saddle paint, new cargo and dome light covers, a back up light switch, cruise turn signal wiper switch, a fuel door, all the body molding, a couple bulbs, stainless trim rings for the wheels, 4x4 center caps, pull straps and hardware...

What have you done to your square lately??

Lol....no. I just ordered a ton of parts today. This thing is gonna kill me. But......I still don't get the brown stripes. Looks Fall Guy to me. I bet Colt Seavers used to chase down bad guys in this truck. I'm pretty sure of it, actually. (I was gonna put a fall guy decal on the back...

What have you done to your square lately??

Ok, so this is interesting. I hadn't noticed this before...... This truck was woodland green from the factory (on the label), and it's woodland green everywhere except here. Different bed sprayed over by someone? Sprayed over at the factory? I'll tell you what, though, those brown pin stripes...

What have you done to your square lately??

And no, I'm not using that little grinder with a spent cutting wheel on it to remove this rust. It just happens to be sitting there. Lol... I'm using a stripping disk on a different grinder. :D

What have you done to your square lately??

$300 doesn't sound bad at all. I'm starting my body work now. Stripping the surface rust off the bad with a strip disc and grinder. I have a gallon of DTM primer in the mail. Here we fucking go. I really don't like body work. I don't know why I do this shit. Lol.... It's amazing how many...

Fix Slamming Doors - Striker Door Latch Repair

Yep. And I'd definitely try it. Can't do anything but help.

Fix Slamming Doors - Striker Door Latch Repair

The strikers on the doors have plastic over them (where the door latch wraps around them). Due to age and saggy doors, the plastic gets broken off, and you need to slam the door to get it to latch easier. Take some pex pipe from Lowe's, cut a piece to fit, slit it, and wrap it around the...

Fix Slamming Doors - Striker Door Latch Repair

Must have been! My passenger side wasn't too bad, but the driver's side definitely was. No issue now, though.

Fix Slamming Doors - Striker Door Latch Repair

I pexed both my doors a few weeks ago. Best $2 I ever spent, and I still have enough tubing to last me years.

Ultra rare collectible square body trucks?

Oh yeah, I saw an extended cab for sale the other day.

    That is pretty cool.

    TBI " unswap " ?

I would never go back to carbs if I could help it. Unless maybe it had to be a period correct show truck or something.

    Clock set knob

No problem, man. I almost posted a pic of my stock one to compare with, but the ones posted above look exactly the same as mine. Most seem to be around $10 or $12.

What have you done to your square lately??

Exactly what it does. It's a huge pain in the ass. I bitched every time. And those mats are heavy, too.

What have you done to your square lately??

That's funny. My dad had one of those in his Dodge for years. It was under a cap, though. I used to get tired of pulling it out every time I hauled something.

I wouldn't do 10k on an ls swap, but that's just me.

    Clock set knob

Seriously, though, they look kind of easy to find. Not sure. I went down and looked at mine, then googled Chevy k10 clock knob and found a bunch that look just like mine.

    Clock set knob

My clock works, and the set knob works great, too. It's actually pretty amazing. That is all. Good day.

Clicking / Clunking Noise in 4WD

I should have updated this. It was most definitely the front driveshaft. Once I got it on 4 jack stands it was pretty obvious that the shaft was flopping around like a fish out of water. A ujoint was bad, and the centering joint was gone (except for the ball on one end). It actually took me a...
