    This wasn't behind a 6bt, was it? I tried it behind a 4bt for awhile and hated the way it shifted. Those things reach max torque at 1700 and redline at 2500 with a stock governor spring. The rpm range sucks for that engine.

    You need to keep it those pipes as open as possible. Diesel gases have to escape. You can buys some resonator inserts from summit/jegs inexpensively that will knock a few decibels down and keep flow.

    Just an FYI. You can run an air to water intercooler if you wanna conserve space. People run air to air left and right. I prefer the look. Just another option.     Optishift is the cheapest standalone at 600 on the aftermarket I've seen. I'm assuming you guys are talking about the harness and computer from an early 90s burb.

    Make sure all those lines are properly primed including the return or it will suck air.

    Have you confirmed this fuel now? Follow fuel line to lift pump, injection pump, all injectors and then return. You'll find it. FYI. It's red diesel or #1. Never heard it called pink.

    The round thing in the bellhousing where the input shaft goes through. Tranny is comin out. Seals usually blow due to pressure, age, or they dry out. Did u overfill the tranny too?

    If you filled it totally full it should cycle into the transmission. It's probably a seal on the transmission pump. If you think you just made a mess on install wait it out and watch your fluid.

    There is a fuel cutoff switch on the injection pump. Lead your 12 volt source that was your coil hot to this. You don't need any damn spark plugs anyway. The fuel cutoff had two prongs lead the other wire to the timing advance underneath the injection pump.

    The engine starter wires are the battery cable preferably 2/0 gauge in cold climates. Cummins recommendeds 800 CCA, but I personally wired two batteries in parallel to increase amps.
