    EGR port size mis-match

Do you have all the smog stuff on there? If not just make a plate and eliminate the egr. Make sure you don't have a leak because that will make it run worse.

What have you done to your square lately??

What have you done to your square lately??

I wasted two quarts of trans fluid because I forgot to plug the weep hole on my driveshaft yoke after replacing rear extension housing seal and added fluid, leaked out after I pulled the driveshaft the second time....smh

Please help me with my exhaust!!!!

Other than for access to or easier removal, I'd toss the clamps in back and weld up the pipe or have a couple sleeves made and have them welded.

Please help me with my exhaust!!!!

This is what I've done on the last three vehicles I've had and have really been happy with how they ran, my challenger really woke up when I changed to dual 3" mufflers and 2.5 exhaust. https://youtu.be/JC-0vOzi7rs

454 intake manifold removal - heavy?

I was just thinking an aluminum intake, to dress it up a bit etc. I had picked up a brand new polished intake for really cheap at my part time Oreillys job a while back, was wanting to build a bbc at one point but decided to keep my 350 and build a 383. I sold it to a member here last year...

How much for the 2 inch drop spindles for the 88/98?

454 intake manifold removal - heavy?

I'd say it's a little heavy but one person can take it off. Put I'd have someone help lower it back on to ensure even placement and to spread the gasket sealer evenly all the way around. I'd also think about upgrading the intake to a newer one. Used ones are easy to come by and better in the...

    extension housing leak

It's nice to be able to crawl underneath a vehicle for a change, even with the small drop ive got I can squeeze under it, lol. Most my vehicles have been lowered or sports cars. Only issue with being under it is that I have problems with vertigo when I lay on my back and have to turn my head...

    extension housing leak

Yeah I have seen it done on videos but I hadn't had the chance to do it. Wanted to wait until it needed an oil change, that way I could see if anything major was going on inside the motor. I have to say that this old 350 has been a healthy motor, it was a remanufactured motor from Springfield...

    extension housing leak

Ok, yeah that's what I figured, just hadn't messed with transmissions enough to know. First time I've ever had to change a rear seal. Next I get to try and figure out a rear main two piece seal! Yay! Lol (sarcasm)

    extension housing leak

The four bolts are tight, I just sealed up the weep hole with some hardening gasket sealer and am hoping it holds for a while. The tail shaft itself is what has a little play in it not the housing. It's not a lot but jiggles a little bit.

    extension housing leak

It's not the yoke that moves, I'm talking the part the yoke slips on to that has some movement

    extension housing leak

Well I've been working in this th350 trans leak and have replaced the extension shaft seal and thought I had it fixed, looked at it today and it's still dripping so I guess I will try and plug up the weep hole and see if it keeps it from leaking. Something I noticed while cleaning up the tail...

Yeah my buddy uses this stuff with his custom paint jobs, colored chrome, and all other kinds of stuff. Last job I had him do was my Harley....turned out awesome using marbleizer effects.

    grille

Other than a square tube grille or phantom grille they're all plastic. Look up Alsa corporations kilker chrome kit. It's awesome.....paint whatever you're painting black then spray the chrome part, then it polishes up by hand...not completely chrome but waaaay closer than chrome paint...

Please help me with my exhaust!!!!

I'd check all your gaskets ad make sure your bolts are all tight. It sounds to me you have a bit if a leak or possibly you're hearing valve train tapping through the exhaust?

    rotating assemblies

I've heared about scat, and eagle, what are some suggestions on a 383 stroker kit rotating assembly. I've got a two main seal block and getting the machine work done. Just can't decide which to go with. Have heard good and bad with both.
