    I have an 82 Chev C10 with "Mahogany" interior. I'm looking for a replacement dash pad and seat upholstery but can only find tan and burgundy. Is "Mahogany" rare or something? Anyone have any ideas?? Here is my original dealer option code sheet for reference

    I'm going to have to do more digging apparently. The VIN on this RPO code sheet is the same as the main VIN locations so that makes no sense. I'll have to check if the RPO code list is also on the front inner fender and compare the two.

    I looked up mahogany mettalic and yes definitely that is the main color. I believe the secondary color on mine is white but white is a 12 paint code. No idea what 76D means then

    81 C10 pulling right

    Mine did the exact same thing and it was a seized brake caliper and a collapsed hose. You can probably get away with just changing the hose and trying to free up the caliper but as stated before the parts are cheap. Swap them out, bleed the brakes, and you should be good!

    I agree its a fire hazard.....the fuel line from the pump to the carb should be a metal fuel line not rubber to prevent this.

    It definitely looks like your fuel pump isn't operating properly. I use the exact filter and mine if full when running. Although my filter is before the fuel pump but regardless it's still full.

    Can a person lubricate the control arm bushings? Obviously changing them out is the better option but maybe there is a temporary fix for now

    The bushings are original. They look in good shape but certainly could be dry and in need of lubricant.
