Rattle in oil pan below 700rpms

Sounds like a rattle of a loose bolt. Checked all the bolts on the bellhousing and the torque converter. All good. Disconnected the torque converter and pulled it away from the flywheel. Still getting the noise so I know it's engine side. Working on getting the flywheel off now Sent from my...

Rattle in oil pan below 700rpms

A rattle developed last week while parked with the ac running. Thought it was the compressor at first. Got it home to find the noise coming from inside the pan when at idle. Gonna pull it Monday to poke around. Any spitball ideas awhile at what it might be? Recent oil change, no more then 10k...

    Trans cooler line threads?

Done a few thread searches and reading and I'm having a hard time find an easy answer to this. I grabbed an Aux trans cooler out of a 1991 k2500 to install in my k20 that has a 1994 4l60e (same lines as any 700r4). I don't want to use rubber hoses for the fear of failures over time. Anyone have...

Mark 8 Fan, wire the AC to speed 1 or 2?

Pretty straight forward... i setup a mark 8 system in my truck, so far works great. But temperature hasnt gotten over 75 here since install. I currently have it wired to speed 2, but my concern is that turning on the AC without the fan already running will kick it into speed 2 and draw waaay too...
