    Fog/driving lights 81-82 bumper

Yeah but I have them wired to come on with my headlights, because I used the same socket that the turn signals would use I just have a wire running the the positive and they ground to the bottom of the core/rad support and the 3rd wire capped off that you would use to make it a turn signal. It's...

    Fog/driving lights 81-82 bumper

I ended up using the factory housings with 1157 bulbs wired to a relay on a switch so power is straight from the battery. I wanted more of a driving light so i just stuck with the regular 1157 but I had an led bulb that was rated at 2000 lumens just as good as a fog light they were super bright...

What have you done to your square lately??

No it's a 1.5 din from retro sound. my dash already had a hole cut in it from the previous owner cutting it with a rusty butterknife and a chisel so I was looking into double din but I ended up using the late model 1.5 din suburban/blazer dash bezel. double din takes up a lot of the dash and...

    Fog/driving lights 81-82 bumper

Hey guys need some help getting an idea on what to do before I dig into cutting and messing around. I have a 89 gmc single headlight setup on my truck and the visibility isn't the best so I picked up a 81-82 bumper. I'm pretty much just looking to wire them up to a flip switch but I'm new to...

Help finding woodgrain door panel trim 81+

I'd do that but the suburban door panels have the bigger power window switches because of the rear doors. I guess I could plug the holes but I don't know if I'm that worried about matching the doors. If I run into a cheap set I might give it a try

Help finding woodgrain door panel trim 81+

Thanks guys I kinda figured it only came in the suburbans, was hoping gm made burlwood an option for the 88-91 crew cabs.

Help finding woodgrain door panel trim 81+

Hey guys I like the look of the late model (88-91) squares and am currently trying to find all the wood grain trim that came in those years. I found a dash insert and bezel I was wondering if anyone knows of GM making the door panel trim inserts in the same style as the bezel and dash insert. I...

    Picking a color

Flipped through a bunch of old gm paint chips I think I'm going to go with either the 87 tan or im leaning more towards a 76-78 buckskin cause its a little darker. I'd run a newer make/model color but I like keeping it simple and I'm not super picky on the color. Can't go wrong with factory colors

    Picking a color

Yeah on a sunny summer day I could fry an egg on my hood. Love the pin stripe on the tan too that's real sharp

Mine right now is Indian bronze and tan. I love the color combo just shooting for something a bit lighter. That orange and white sure is sweet

    Picking a color

Finally getting around to giving the 85 square a paint job. Anyone have a good gm color/ppg paint code in beige/tan or other colors they like. Dropping a long step on it and doing white above the back window cab trim. Worried about picking something that's too yellow. Found a 57 that has a nice...

Grill hunt 89-91 GMC single headlight

Late model squarebodies after 87/88. Came on 1989-1991 single headlight gmc blazers, 1 ton utility pickups, crew cabs, and maybe some suburbans not sure. It was big on work horse trucks so it was mostly on service/utility trucks. The dual headlight grill doesn't work with it either and I've...
