    Rear Shock Extenders

Use stock replacement shocks front an rear. For the front I prefer/use kyb 344068 no extenders or relocators needed. On the rear run the extender and a kyb 344072. These give a great ride an work perfect, there's no need for stiff bad riding drop shocks.

Coil Spring and Truck Bars for a Square Body

I have them on my truck but I used a kit from porterbuilt that he no longer makes. Im doing an 82 now with a kit from CPP. If you need to you can call them an buy the cross member only. Look it up an you can find the install article hot rod did. So far I have the cross member an c-notch/spring...

    Shocks for lowered

Yes they will. I run the same shock on my bagged truck an the ball joints bind up before the shock bottoms out. They still had 1/8" travel with the cross member 1/4" off the ground. There is really no reason to run a drop shock or extender on the front of these trucks. The lower a-arm bump...

    Shocks for lowered

You don't need extenders on the front but you will on the rear. Run KYB 344068 front and 344072 rear. Yes those are stock replacement shocks. Yes they will work fine an will ride great. They have plenty of travel to accommodate that drop as long as you use the rear extenders. Ive done it on too...

    LWB To SWB Conversion

This same argument comes up everytime in these threads. God forbid I post a picture of where I straight cut my frame. You'd think I set fire to a truck full of puppies an toddlers or something....

    LWB To SWB Conversion

I get there are a ton of laws an regs in CA but I honestly don't see what or why an insurance company or the DMV would even care if it's been shortened. The frame is still original to the truck an you aren't changing anything smog related so I don't get what the big deal is. But I know nothing...

    Question about vintage air

I didn't have very much trouble with it. I put it in without moving the metal part of the dash but I did have the pad off. I had my 8 y/o start the screws on the firewall side while I did the ones inside. It was tricky but not really a big deal.

    Question about vintage air

I left my floor vents in. The pass side one when open will blow air directly on the case of the VA unit an then redirect it straight into your face. The Dr side one is still very useful but make sure your floor is clean if your going to use the passenger side one lol.

    C10 5/7” drop

You should not have any clearance issues with those arms but it will still kind of depend on the rim. They are much narrower in the ball joint area so it will help for sure.

    C10 5/7” drop

Trimming must be done in these area's. Ignore the bumpstop bracket being marked. That's if you're going to air ride.

    C10 5/7” drop

Yes that's the best way. For 7" in the rear you'll need a notch an shock extenders as well.

    New Tooling 73-78 Stock hood

Im not arguing with you per say, just saying he doesn't have a monopoly on them. I sell this exact hood, an they are very nice quality. They are in for GM certification now. It is supplied by Key Parts. I know its a Key because his announcement of it was the same one I got from Key without...

    Deformable LED Garage lights anyone?

I wonder how one of these would work in a fixture like a tall floor lamp I could use under my 2 post lift. I keep breaking magnet lights/flashlights from knocking them off an they are never as bright as I want them to be under there.

    Aftermarket Interior parts

Cheyenne pickup parts and/or usa1 have the best dash pads but they arent cheap. I think you can get everything you asked about from either of those companies. Lowering just the rear of an 84 c10

Nope that's not how it works. A 2" shackle will give you 2" of drop. You wont need new shocks or shock extenders. You will have to notch the bed support brace directly above the shackle. If you dont want to do that a 2" drop hanger will get the drop you are after without any bed mods. You...

Green Gas Monkey Wrecked Truck being rebuilt.

New video is up. Gotta hand it to PB, it looks like they have significantly improved their instructions. I'm glad to see that as they make a good product but it used to be such a hassle to install. It looks like what he's done so far went fairly easy for him....
