    How new we talking (model year wise)? What did the 90-91 Burb's use? I think I can get new boards made fairly reasonable. I have dealt with the place that reverse engineers and manufactures them before. They told me most anyone I need to talk to is booked - try back after the first of the year.

    There's a site called SuperBrightLEDs (or something original like that).....seem to have decent quality stuff. I bought all my LED dash lamps from theme. Have to get the number off what you have and see what they have. Most all bulbs have LED replacements now.

    Air compressor good quality hose recommendations? Not as simple a request as you might think.

    If you have a Parker (hydraulics) store nearby, they still sell really nice USA made hose. I have also seen -some- Goodyear hoses still US made. If you can find Conti-tech (Continental) hoses....those were US, Australian or German made. Not sure if still are. Used to be a brand called (iirc)...

    I used to see this on euro cars when someone added a side marker turn lamp. Could be a backfeed, but like everything else electrical and 30+ yrs old.....check all your grounds.

    I'd say yes as you can get away with a smaller compressor for primer than you can with actual paint. Its the color / paint stage you dont want a smaller compressor cycling for long runs.

    There is a Permatex GRAY that is rated for this. I had constant slight weeps from my diff covers and transfer case til I found this out. Dry as a bone since.

    Were these ever made as just a one piece bench with the fold down armrest / cup holder? Dont need a 60/40. Seems like between 95-99 they had a dozen styles of seats. Have to find a standard cab just to get a bench. This is the style I'd like to find. Would do buckets and a center console but...

    Dash/radio lose power on ignition wires

    A retired tech friend of mine used to refer to the ignition switch as a cerebral cortex of power distribution. Lots of nutso things can happen if its buggy.

    Is it anything you can trigger by jiggling the key? I used to have similar issues with cars when the switch was going out.

    You have 12v at the fuse block but nothing at the individual fuses? Could the block itself be defective? I'd try a continuity test between the main and one side of the fuses.
